WE ARE DELIGHTED TO HELP YOU HOST YOUR CELEBRATION!
We offer 2 options for brunch / lunch party packages. Please note: Chef Don will be happy to work with you to create a unique menu to your liking. We want to know if there are options on our regular menus that have caught your eye.
- OPTION #1: $22 per guest. Includes entrées and non-alcoholic beverages.
- OPTION #2: $27 per guest. Lunch packages include choice of soup or salad course, entrée, and non-alcoholic beverages. Brunch packages include entrée and non-alcoholic beverages + a choice of 2: bacon, fruit, & Yukon gold home fried potato served family-style.
Here are some general notes:
- Our main dining room is available to host late morning / early afternoon parties between the hours of 10:00 am – 2:30 pm. All guests and gifts are asked to depart between 2:30 am – 3:00 pm so the dining room can be prepared for dinner service. Popular times to host are from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm or from 12:00 pm – 2:30 pm.
- There is a $1,000 minimum purchase required on weekends and a $750 minimum for weekdays. The minimum includes all food and drinks plus. Tax (7%) and gratuity (20%) are additional. We do not charge a room fee.
- After deciding upon your menu, party guests make entree selections in advance. We will need the final count of all entrée selections 1 week prior. There is a $20 charge for cake cutting, plating, and serving.
- A $200.00 cash or check deposit is required and will be fully refunded if you need to cancel your party up 2 weeks in advance. We will hold the payment until the day of your party and it will be applied to your final bill. If you prefer to use a charge card for the entirety of the bill, we will return the cash or check to you. Deposits are non-refundable when a party is canceled less than 14 days prior to the reservation date.
- Balloons, centerpieces, unscented candles, flowers, etc. are great! You are welcome to decorate tables in any way you would like and you may enter the dining room to do so at 10:00 am the day of your event. We have hooks for hanging banners; please do not use tape or other sticky adherents on the the walls. Finally, please do not use glitter or confetti.
- Name Tags are not required, but extremely helpful. Place cards with a color coded sticker, graphic, or word indicating your guest’s entrée choice is also very helpful and will ensure timely distribution of food.
